Sarah Archer is a dedicated leader, disability advocate, and changemaker with extensive experience in nonprofit business management and non-profit leadership. With a lifetime of lived experience navigating mental health challenges and disability, Sarah has witnessed first-hand how easily people can fall through the cracks of the system.
Fuelled by resilience and an unwavering belief in the power of advocacy, Sarah founded Enabled Futures Australia to create a safety net for those at risk of being left behind. Her vision is clear: to empower individuals by connecting them to services, educating communities, and ensuring that no one faces their journey alone.
Sarah’s leadership is shaped by empathy, strength, and a deep understanding of the systemic challenges faced by people living with disability and mental health conditions. She stands as a powerful voice for inclusion and change, dedicated to building a future where support is accessible, equitable, and transformative.
Our board is a dedicated team of individuals with personal experience of disability—whether living with one or caring for someone who does. Comprised of Tim Skewes, Brooke Skewes, Klara Van Aswegen, Jillian Boyce, and Sarah Archer, each member brings not only deep empathy and understanding but also extensive experience in business leadership and governance.
Their combined expertise ensures Enabled Futures Australia operates with strong strategic direction and sustainable growth, while staying true to its core mission. Together, they are driven by a shared passion to prevent anyone from slipping through the cracks, working to create a future where access to care and support is equitable, inclusive, and empowering.
